The most reliable method in diagnosis "arrhythmia is an electrocardiogram (ECG). This method allows to determine the type of disease and choose the optimal method of treatment. And this, in turn, will lead to full recovery

There are two main methods of treatment:

  • medication;
  • surgical.

In most cases, the patient is assigned drugs. And those drugs that are used for this purpose, on the heart have a lasting and beneficial effect. However, this effect is observed only under proper treatment and regular use. Therefore, medications may select and appoint a doctor.

If the administration of medicines did not give a positive result, when clinically indicated, the patient can be scheduled for surgery. This method is used very rarely and only in the case when there is no other way to help.

If you feel symptoms of arrhythmia, seek advice from the experts. Of course, some measures could be taken independently, reducing exercise or adjusting diet. But it will not allow recovery, only temporarily inhibit the development of arrhythmias.

The only way to protect yourself is to go to the doctors! You will conduct a full survey, give advice on lifestyle and select an effective method of treatment. And remember: self-medication can be dangerous!
