Drugs for the effective treatment of tachycardia
The course of treatment medicines only selects a physician based on many factors. There are several types of medicines which are used for tachycardia. They can be divided into two groups: a sedative (calming effect) and antiarrhythmic.
Sedative drugs are natural and synthetic. They normalize the work of the heart and nervous system, reduce the number of attacks.
Natural medicines
Diazepam. Known under the trade name "Relanium" or "Ilium". When the diagnosis of "sinus tachycardia", shows the drug "Ivabradine", which directly affect the sinus node, reduces the heart rate. No effect on intracardiac conduction and contractility. The drug is prescribed to patients who can not tolerate beta-blockers.
