If the pulse is too rare

If you feel normal and no abnormalities found, a low heart rate indicates good fitness.

The measurement algorithm

For the test you will need a watch with a second hand or a stopwatch. The complexity of heart rate is that it is constantly changing. To measure heart rate, you need to find the artery at the wrist, temple or neck, slightly press it with your finger. Under your finger should feel the pulsation of blood. You need to count the number of aftershocks for ten or 15 seconds, then multiply the obtained value, respectively, six or four. Thus, to determine the heart rate, which in most cases is equal to the heart rate. Now compare the resulting figure with the figures in the table, according to age. You should know that normal ripple should be rhythmic and precise.
